Bilancov\u00e1n\u00ed je z\u00e1le\u017eitost ke kter\u00e9 m\u00e1m srde\u010dn\u00fd odpor, p\u0159esto se mi tak \u00fapln\u011b nevyh\u00fdb\u00e1. \u00a0Rok 2018 pro mne v mnoha ohledech byl p\u0159elomov\u00fd. Nov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, nov\u00fd obor a s n\u00edm nov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, nov\u00e9 stresy, nov\u00e9 typy radost\u00ed a strast\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Zdrav\u00ed, co\u017e je nakonec opravdu to jedin\u00e9 na \u010dem z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, se mi tak n\u011bjak stabiln\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed. Za zn\u00e1mku bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edcho se tot\u00e1ln\u00edho rozpadu pova\u017euju fakt, \u017ee se mi p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edci povedlo si na t\u00fdden zablokovat z\u00e1da d\u00edky nepoveden\u00e9mu k\u00fdchnut\u00ed.\u00a0Kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk \u0159ekne, \u017ee v ml\u00e1d\u00ed moh klidn\u011b omylem cestou domu \u0161padnout do \u0161karpy, ud\u011blat nepl\u00e1novan\u011b kotrmelec, nebo s rozb\u011bhem hodit \u0161ipku do postele a netrefit se do n\u00ed, a stejn\u011b se mu vlastn\u011b nic nestalo, a dnes z n\u011bj jeden blbej n\u00e1dech ud\u011bl\u00e1 na t\u00fdden invalidu, nen\u00ed to \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Ale d\u00e1 se s t\u00edm pracovat. Nap\u0159\u00edklad tak \u017ee si do\u010dasn\u011b prudce zhor\u0161\u00edte \u017eivotn\u00ed komfort, a pak kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m povede v\u0161e zas stabilizovat, p\u0159ijde v\u00e1m, \u017ee je v\u0161echno n\u00e1dhern\u00e9, sv\u011bt je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd, a \u017ee je t\u0159eba si v\u00e1\u017eit ka\u017ed\u00e9ho momentu, kdy se v\u00e1m v\u0161e nerozpad\u00e1 pod rukama.\u00a0Mn\u011b se toto povedlo ani\u017e bych to tak n\u011bjak pl\u00e1novala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. P\u0159ed m\u011bs\u00edcem jsem si toti\u017e, \u00a0po dlouh\u00e9m zva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, vyb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a pe\u010dliv\u00e9 re\u0161er\u0161i koupila novou matraci. Na doporu\u010den\u00ed kamar\u00e1da byla latexov\u00e1, nebo tedy hybrid latexu a jin\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f a v\u00fdrobce sliboval \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed m\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho komfortu a p\u0159edst\u00edral \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b z t\u00e9to matrace m\u00e1 vlhk\u00e9 sny ka\u017ed\u00fd ortoped. Jen\u017ee j\u00e1 z n\u00ed m\u00edsto vlhk\u00fdch sn\u016f m\u011bla nespavost a kriplitidu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Po prvn\u00ed noci jsem se ocitla v takov\u00fdch bolestech, jak snad nikdy. Inu \u0159ekla sem si, \u017ee to bude asi jen nezvyk, a zkusila tomu d\u00e1t p\u00e1r dal\u0161\u00edch dn\u00ed. Matrace se ale zd\u00e1la b\u00fdt tak tvrd\u00e1 (presto\u017ee j\u00ed v\u00fdrobce \u0159adil do verianty st\u0159edn\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9, na \u0161k\u00e1le tvrdosti 0-10 na 4) \u017ee se mi na n\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neda\u0159ilo sp\u00e1t a kdy\u017e u\u017e sem n\u011bkdy nad r\u00e1nem usnula vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm, zaru\u010den\u011b m\u011b ka\u017edou p\u016flhodinu budila bolest a r\u00e1no sem vst\u00e1vala s pocitem, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017eu do\u017e\u00edt ve\u010dera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm sem neza\u017eila, \u017ee by se mi tak rapidn\u011b hor\u0161ilo zdrav\u00ed. Po prvn\u00edm dni m\u011b JEN bolela z\u00e1da. Po dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159ech dnech na tom Z\u00e1ho\u0159ov\u011b lo\u017ei m\u011b bolely nejen z\u00e1da, ale cel\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk. Od palc\u016f na noze po krk. K\u0159e\u010de v noh\u00e1ch, z\u00e1dech, rukou, celodenn\u00ed bolesti svalstva po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble, a k tomu celkov\u00e1 ztuhlost, ob\u010dasn\u00fd t\u0159es a hlavn\u011b st\u00e1l\u00fd pocit siln\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 namo\u017eenosti&#8230; v\u0161eho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. Po dvou t\u00fddnech u\u017e sem na guglu vyhled\u00e1vala v\u011bci jako &#8222;rakovina kost\u00ed&#8220; a &#8222;n\u00e1hl\u00fd n\u00e1stup celkov\u00e9ho ochrnut\u00ed&#8220; a studovala p\u0159\u00edznaky roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy nebo nastupuj\u00edc\u00edho parkinsona.\u00a0Inu napsala sem v\u00fdrobci, jestli n\u011bkdo tu matraci n\u011bkdy testoval, \u017ee se na tom ned\u00e1 sp\u00e1t. V\u00fdrobce tvrdil \u017ee v\u00fdrobek je tradi\u010dn\u011b velmi dob\u0159e hodnocen\u00fd ale \u017ee mu ho m\u016f\u017eu vr\u00e1tit a \u017ee mi po\u0161le n\u00e1hradn\u00ed kus, proto\u017ee tenhle je mo\u017en\u00e1 defektn\u00ed.\u00a0Probl\u00e9m je v t\u00e9m, \u017ee matrace m\u00e1 2 metry na d\u00e9lku, 2 metry na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku, 25 cm na v\u00fd\u0161ku a 45 kilo. Tzn jej\u00ed n\u00e1vratnost je mo\u017en\u00e1 jen pokud m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk k tomu arm\u00e1du otrok\u016f a je ochoten zaplatit n\u00e1klad a dopravn\u00e9 takov\u00e9 megery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8. \u017divot mi p\u0159ipadal najednou pln\u00fd smutku a bolesti a pocitu zmaru. T\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e jsem se odhodlala updatovat svou z\u00e1v\u011b\u0165 a ukon\u010dit sv\u00e9 tr\u00e1pen\u00ed, mi na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u00fdrobce matrac\u00ed, kter\u00e9mu jsem tou dobou poslala u\u017e asi sedm st\u00ed\u017enosti\u00ed, p\u0159id\u011blil matracov\u00e9ho inspektora. Kter\u00fd si se mnou domluvil telefon\u00e1t, b\u011bhem n\u011bho\u017e vy\u0161lo najevo, \u017ee mi sou ochoti prost\u011b jen tak poslat novou matraci, jin\u00fd typ, m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed, z pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 p\u011bny, a tu starou a\u0165 si nech\u00e1m. Amerika, fuck yeah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. Nov\u00e1 matrace dorazila 24. 12 chvilku p\u0159ed \u0161tedrove\u010dern\u00ed krm\u00ed. S o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm nejhor\u0161\u00edho sem j\u00ed rozbalila a otestovala. Zd\u00e1la se b\u00e1je\u010dn\u011b pohodln\u00e1. Prvn\u00ed noc sem se ale i tak skoro b\u00e1la usnout, aby se tento prvotn\u00ed extratick\u00fd dojem nezkazil. T\u0159eba neopatrn\u00fdm k\u00fdchnut\u00edm. Ale obavy byly zbyte\u010dn\u00e9. Nyn\u00ed je to skoro t\u00fdden, co sp\u00edm na tomto nov\u00e9m obl\u00e1\u010dku a nen\u00ed noci, kdy bych ned\u011bkovala v\u0161em svat\u00fdm za to, \u017ee se mi dob\u0159e sp\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. V\u0161echny zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my jako z\u00e1zrakem odezn\u011bly. Z\u00e1da se b\u011bhem 24 hodin vr\u00e1tila do p\u016fvodn\u00edho bezbolestn\u00e9ho stavu, ruce p\u0159estaly brn\u011bt, nohy se \u0161kubat, o\u010di slzet, du\u0161e pom\u00fd\u0161let na sebevra\u017edu. \u017divot zas dostal smysl. A nyn\u00ed mi p\u0159ijde, \u017ee mi k naprost\u00e9 spokojenosti \u00fapln\u011b sta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee m\u011b nebol\u00ed sp\u00e1t. A to je vlastn\u011b kr\u00e1sn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, ne? A o tom to bilancov\u00e1n\u00ed nakonec je. Naj\u00edt aspo\u0148 n\u011bco mal\u00e9ho, co se v tom roce fakt povedlo. P\u0159eju v\u00e1m v\u0161em, abyste k podobn\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm ale nemuseli doj\u00edt a\u017e po t\u00fddnech sp\u00e1nku na nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm modelu firmy Prokrust\u00e9s a Z\u00e1ho\u0159. s.r.o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
